200 grams bananas
150 grams flour
120 ml boiling water
100 grams sugar
100 grams dark chocolate
50 ml oil
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons baking powder

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and pour the boiling water over the cocoa powder, and set both aside to cool. Mash the bananas, then add the melted chocolate, cocoa, oil, whole egg and egg yolk and combine very well with a whisk. Sift the flour with the baking powder, and add it to the banana and chocolate batter. Combine well, divide the batter between 12 muffin cups, and bake in a preheated oven, at 190˚C, for 18-20 minutes.
