SIMPLE DINNER ROLLS

Ingredients
700 grams plain flour
1 ½ teaspoon salt
35 grams fresh yeast
2 medium eggs
300 ml warm milk
100 ml oil

Preparation
Add the yeast to about 50 ml of warm milk, then sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of flour, cover and leave in a warm place to let the yeast activate. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, one egg, oil, the rest of the milk and the activated yeast and knead until a soft dough forms. Cover it with plastic and leave it in a warm place for about an hour, to rise. Divide the risen dough into nine parts by weight, and shape into rolls. Place them into the prepared pan, and leave them about 30 minutes, to rise some more. Brush the dough rolls before baking with an egg wash, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25 minutes. Serve warm.
