JAFFA SHERBET

Ingredients:
400 ml freshly squeezed orange juice (about 8 oranges)
250 ml double cream
250 ml whole milk
50 grams granulated white sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
100 gr chopped Jaffa Cakes
100 gr dark chocolate


In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the Jaffa cakes and chocolate. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator until completely cold. Pour the chilled mixture in your ice cream maker and process it according to the manufacturer's instructions. In the meantime, finely chop the dark chocolate and Jaffa cakes. When the ice cream is ready, transfer it to a freezer-safe container and fold in finely Jaffa cakes and dark chocolate. Store in the freezer for a few hours, then serve with a topping of your choice.
Note: Bear in mind that it will not be perfectly creamy.
