300 grams fresh ripe cantaloupe
200 grams plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon honey
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
½ teaspoon vanilla

Dice the cantaloupe and completely puree it in a blender, to make sure there aren't any chunks of the fruit left. At this point you can strain the fruit puree if you want, but that is optional. Add the honey and ice cream to the fruit and blend again. Pour in the yoghurt and vanilla and blend one final time. Put a few ice cubes in large glasses, pour in the smoothie and serve. Yields 2 servings.
