120 grams plain flour
200 grams yoghurt
100 grams dark chocolate
50 grams honey
50 grams desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 medium eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Beat together the egg and honey, add the yoghurt, vanilla, cocoa powder and desiccated coconut; blend well and set aside. Melt the chocolate with the oil, in a double boiler or in the microwave, and set it aside to cool a bit. Pour the melted chocolate into the egg batter, gently fold it in, then add the flour sifted with the baking powder and blend well with a wooden spoon or a spatula. Pour the batter in muffin cups lined with muffin liners and bake in a preheat oven, at 200˚C (395˚F), for 12–15 minutes.
