PIZZA MUFFINS

Sour cream makes baked goods very soft and tender, and keeps them moist and fresh for longer. These muffins are filled with sausage, cheese and olives. Like a great cheese pizza, but in a muffin form. Feel free to add extra olives if you are a fan, or mix green and black olives for extra flavour.

Ingredients
250 grams rye flour
200 grams sour cream
200 grams yoghurt
200 grams sausages
100 grams Edam cheese
10 olives
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons tomato puree
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 medium egg

Preparation
Sift the flour with the baking powder and set it aside. In another bowl, whisk together the egg with the tomato puree, add the sour cream and yoghurt; combine well and pour it in the flour mixture. Add diced pepperoni, grated cheese, oregano and sliced olives, gently combine it and divide evenly among 12 muffin cups (or use a greased muffin tin). Bake in a preheated oven at 200˚C (400˚F) for about 20 minutes.

  1. Ovo mi izgled aobzirom na količinu brašna i ostale sastojke kao jeko sočno i mekano. Koju si kobasicu koristila?

  5. Jesu, jako su mekani, čak i narednog dana su bili mekani, baš zato što nema puno brašna u odnosu na druge sastojke.
Ja sam koristila domaće dimljene, ali može se koristiti bilo koja, bez problema.
