360 grams flour
150 grams soft butter
75 grams honey
2 tablespoons grated orange zest
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder

Beat the butter and honey until creamy, then add the egg and combine well. Pour in the flower you sifted with the baking powder and the orange zest and form a soft dough (add another tablespoon of flour if it's still sticky). Wrap the dough in some clingfilm, and leave it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Roll out the chilled dough to about 5 mm thickness, cut out cookies and arrange them on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper (yields about 35 cookies). Bake in a preheated oven, at 180˚C, for about 15 minutes.
Note: The cookies aren't too sweet, so if you like, you can add more honey or about 50 grams more of sugar in the dough.
Inače nisam luda za keksićima koji imaju med, al zbilja mi se jako sviđa kako su ukrašeni, baš me zovu da zagrizem.. :D I naranča je uvijek veeeeliki plus, već znam da bi mojima doma bili prefini :)))
