DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Ingredients
120 grams dark chocolate
40 grams butter
75 grams flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 large egg
100 grams brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
150 grams milk chocolate chips

Preparation
Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler, and set aside to cool. In another bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Beat the egg with the sugar until pale and thick, add vanilla and beat a bit more to thicken the mixture. Whisk in the cooled chocolate, than fold in the flour mixture. Finally, gently fold in milk chocolate chips. Bake in a preheated oven on 180°C for 10 minutes. Serve warm with milk.
