BAKED TUNA BURGERS

Ingredients
250 grams canned tuna, drained
150 grams cottage cheese
150 gr plain flour
1 medium egg
1 small onion
1 tablespoon roughly chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil


Preparation
Beat the cottage cheese with the egg and mustard, add the drained tuna and minced onion and combine well. To that, add the flour, parsley and the spices, mix well and let it sit in the fridge for 15 minutes (the batter will be sticky). Form 6 burgers and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush them with a bit of olive oil. Bake the burgers in a preheated oven, at 200˚C (395˚F), for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
