PLUM & DARK CHOCOLATE JAM

Ingredients:
1 kilogram ripe plums
250 grams sugar
100 ml water
60 grams dark chocolate


Wash the plums and remove the pits, then put them into a heavy-based saucepan, add 100 ml of water and bring to a boil (on medium heat). Simmer for 25 minutes, stirring often (they tend to stick to the pan). After 25 minutes, add the sugar, stir until dissolved, raise the heat, bring to a boil and simmer for another 30 minutes, stirring quite often. Add the chopped up chocolate, stir well and cook for another 5 minutes. The jam should be very thick. Remove from the heat, pour into sterilised jars and seal.

    Definitivno moram sljedeće godine prilikom kuhanja šljiva sjetiti se čokolade.

  2. vrlo sličan džem sam i ja radila, s tim što sam ga pekla u pećnici uz dodatka bio kakao praha, smeđeg šećera i cimeta

  8. Boja je fantasticna, sad mi je zao sto nisam stigla da napravim makar par teglica sa cokoladom, neka ostace to za sledecu godinu... do tada cuvam sve vase receptice!;))

    Zimnicu ne radim ali rado citam kako se to jos uvijek radi i ucim,mozda ce mi trebati za kasnije !!!
    sljivu obozavam i u roditeljskoj kuci se najvise pravio pekmez upravo od sljive,ali onaj staromodan,vjerujem da bi se i mojoj mami svidjela ova modernizovana receptura..odlican je !!!!!
